It was the wrong time of the year for a snow capped Mount Fuji. It was also a rainy and overcast couple of days. We still had a very nice stay at a traditional hotel with hot springs bathing called onsen. There were a few interesting things to see around Lake Kawaguchi, so it was a somewhat relaxing change from the city.
