Tbilisi Open Air Ethnographic Museum

Tbilisi has an Open Air Ethnographic Museum with old houses demonstrating the old ways of living. This picture overlooks the museum from our delicious Georgian food lunch spot.

We were going to take the cable car up to Turtle Lake, but a mix-up with my use of Bolt (Uber-like car) had us dropped off half-way up the hill. That was fortunate because we were dropped off next to the Victory Statue, had a lovely hike up the rest of the way, and avoided the old crowded cable cars. I was happier not getting on a cable car after looking at those old things from below.

the upper part looks fine...

...but the lower part has graffiti and overgrown weeds

not much of a lake, but we didn't here very long

Lots of pictures below because it all so fascinating to see even though I definitely don't want to live this way. I'm a spoiled modern man who enjoys a controlled climate indoors.
